Work that actually matters.
Three small homes, settled teams, and young people who need adults who show up for them. We are dedicated, pro-active, supportive, and fun too.
Grow with a team that stays.
Our knowledge and expertise is our strength. Each home is run by its own registered manager and a settled, experienced staff team, and we develop our people.
Safer recruitment
Every role is subject to safer recruitment checks, including an enhanced DBS check and a full employment history. That protects the children, and it protects you.
Skills that count
Our team's qualifications include Level 5 Diplomas in Leadership and Management, Level 3 Diplomas in Residential Children's Homes, Makaton Level 6 and British Sign Language.
Small by design
Fifteen places across three homes. You will know every young person you care for, and they will know you.
Bank shift to registered manager.
Mandie joined CARE in 2017 as a bank support worker. She grew into a senior role, then deputy manager, and today she is the Registered Manager of St Benets House, leading her own settled team.
“Through the use of therapeutic interventions and a person-centred approach, I find great fulfilment in witnessing the growth, development, and positive outcomes achieved by the young people we support.”
